Best Brace Shirts
Shirts for wearing under a spinal brace need to be:
- Snug fitting with no wrinkles and minimal seams
- Thick enough to provide skin protection
- Thin enough to minimize heat generation
- Long enough to cover the full length of the brace
- High enough under the armpits to cover the full height of the brace
Brace shirts should be replaced 2-3 times/day. Therefore a supply of 14-21 are needed for a weeks wear.
